Cancellation free of charge on day of arrival until 12:00 (noon). Excluded are non-refundable rates and packages. Other exceptions can apply (for example our Suites have a cancellation term of 48 hours before arrival).
Cancellation terms for group reservations or meeting/celebrations reservations are according to the conditions mentioned in the booking confirmation. These are adjusted conditions and may differ from what is stated on the website. This comfirmation will be send by the hotel after making the booking.
