Our hotel is open

We are very happy to welcome more and more guests. As you may know, our hotel has never closed for overnight stays. Hotel guests can have breakfast and dinner in our restaurants. To this end, we have adjusted our working method and our rooms on several points. This allows you to enjoy safe and relaxed in our hotel. You can read all about it on this page.

VERY IMPORTANT!
Do you have symptoms such as colds, runny nose, sneezing, sore throat, mild cough, or elevation above 38 degrees Celsius? Then we ask you to stay at home and not to come to the hotel.

During your visit it is important that you follow the instructions of our employees. We also ask all guests and employees of our hotel to carefully follow the precautions below:

Our hotel uses the following uniform measures:

  • The starting point for our adjustments are the guidelines and recommendations of the RIVM.
  • Our employees have been given instructions on how to act under Corona.
  • There are additional protocols for cleaning and hygiene.
  • Our hotel bars and restaurants are open during normal business hours, for hotel guests and outside guests. Pre-booking is necessary based on availability and can be done via our website.
  • From June 5 it is no longer possible to pick up dinner via take away during your stay, room service (for a surcharge) is possible.

Arrival at the hotel

  • We would like to welcome you personally and we are open to questions. Our reception is open 24 hours.
  • You also have the opportunity in the lobby to clean your hands after your trip.

Appropriate distance in the hotel

  • At various places in the hotel you will find measures and markings with which we want to guarantee the 1,5 meters away. We ask you to follow these measures and markings.
  • We request that you respect the safe distance from other guests in traffic areas, such as hotel corridors.

Hygiene in the hotel

  • We guarantee regular disinfection of exposed surfaces such as door handles, card terminals and elevator buttons with antibacterial liquids.
  • The sanitary facilities in your hotel room and in our toilets are cleaned with extra care and disinfectants.
  • We offer our guests disinfectant dispensers in public areas.

Our rooms are professionally cleaned every day and the door handles of all doors in our hotel are cleaned several times a day. All our employees wash their hands every hour.

Food and drinks

Breakfast, lunch and dinner in the restaurant

Only guests with a hotel booking can have breakfast, lunch and dinner in our restaurant. We have drawn up several guidelines to ensure that everything runs smoothly and safely:

  • At check-in at the reception you have to indicate what time you want to have breakfast and dinner; we have several times blocks available for this;

  • Before entering the restaurant, we ask you to first wash and disinfect your hands;

  • At the entrance of the restaurant we ask you to wait for a waitress to accompany you to your table;

  • We may ask you several health questions.

Roomservice

We have room service for guests who prefer breakfast, lunch or dinner in their room. We bring the meals to the door of the hotel rooms. The additional costs of room service are € 5,00 per person.

Brunch, lunchbuffet and Live Cooking

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer a buffet lunch, brunch or Live Cooking.

Frequently asked questions

Can we eat in the restaurant again?

Yes! As a hotel guest you can enjoy delicious breakfasts and dinners in our restaurant. We hope to be able to serve guests without an overnight stay in our restaurant and our terrace. However, that is not yet possible.

What security measures have you taken?

We have taken many measures. Our spaces are professionally cleaned daily. Door handles are cleaned several times a day. We wash our hands every hour. Our restaurant has been redesigned so that you have more space and are eating with fewer people. For this we use a reservation system. We have placed disinfection columns in various places so that you can quickly and easily clean your hands.

Can I book a room again?

Yes! Did you know that our hotel has not been closed? You can book directly and also use a number of wonderful packages.

Can I come for lunch buffets or brunch again?

No, unfortunately we are not yet able to serve lunch buffet or brunch.

Is the Live Cooking open?

No, due to government health regulations, we cannot offer Live Cooking at this time.

Is it possible to use facilities such as renting an (electric) bicycle at the hotel?

Yes, hotel guests can book these through our reception as well as a packed lunch. Each hotel has beautiful cycling routes in the area.
