To make your stay and that of other guests as pleasant as possible, the following house rules regarding dogs apply:
- Dogs (up to knee height) are only permitted in a limited number of ground-floor rooms (Our Room). Due to limited availability, this is always subject to request and confirmation. We recommend contacting our reception team before making your reservation.
- A surcharge of €17.50 per dog, per night applies.
- Dogs may not be left unattended in the room for extended periods of time.
- Dogs are not allowed on the bed or on any seating furniture in the hotel room and/or public areas. Failure to comply with this rule may result in a €40.00 penalty fee.
- Dogs may not be washed in the bathroom.
- Dogs are not permitted in the restaurant.
- Dogs are allowed in the hotel bar and the Coci Conservatory, provided they remain on a leash and stay under the table.
- During the holiday season (24, 25 and 26 December), dogs are not permitted in the restaurant or hotel bar.
- Dogs are not permitted on the conference and event floor.
- Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times in all public areas and on the hotel parking premises.
- Dog owners are required to clean up after their dogs on and around the hotel grounds. Failure to do so may result in a €25.00 penalty fee.
- In the event of damage and/or violation of the above rules, the hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
- We kindly ask all dog owners to be considerate of other guests.
